It’s best to have a contractor do something small for you first, and if they faithfully do that, then have them progress to do more.

You have to have faith in the government that they won't change the rules on taxation down the line.

I'll give myself a self inflicted slap on the wrist for delaying in reading the BP books yet, but I have until Tuesday at least be able to give a good faith answer to the selling agent.

I can understand the hesitation, but they just need to take a leap of faith that they will find the right house once they have the process completed and their paperwork in hand.

Get a good team in place, have faith in yourself and everything will work out!  

That sort of bad faith is part of the reasons why landlords end up with concrete in their drains and then come on BP to complain about just how horrible and mean all tenants are.A professional landlord also knows that tenants without the use of their range will occasionally try all sorts of novel solutions to cook their food, and these solutions are very often nutbag fire hazards.
