Interesting dynamics to say the least. that guy made nearly the same you made and took zero risk, the only way this happens is with asymmetric information. a capitalist market with more transparency and pricing information would have never let this happen.

One thing we've done that you may want to try is putting in your ads something to the effect of "Applications and leasing are available remotely during lockdown (or whatever verbiage you want)"There was an interesting article on Visual Capitalist that showed the stock market recovery relative to different pandemics.

Regardless, in a socio-capitalistic society it's going to be a hard argument that individuals with less physical demands and technical skills necessary should enjoy pay levels equivalent to the improvements in productivity - if anything, the companies and individuals that design, build, and maintain the automation & computerization that replaced the workers probably deserve the bulk of the compensation - and they do get that. 

Hey Shivan,I have been a member of the W2 Capitalist Mastermind for the past year and I have to say, it has been a life changing experience from where I was prior to not being part of anything. 

The prevailing view seems to be that landlords are greedy capitalists who get rich from the sweat on the backs of the working class.It's probably too late now, but prior to closing, you should have required an estoppel certificate from them. 

Now granted, most of the time I am an advocate believer in the capitalistic society and that every person is in control of their own situation and they wouldn't find themselves with this much debt if they had planned accordingly, etc etc etc..
