To make taxes easier we set up a business checking account and had all the rent paid into that account and all the expenses paid out of that account.

I don't Atlanta is too landlord friendly and the demographics shift it harder to do business everyday.

I run Forged Home Buyers, a San Antonio wholesaling business, and my business partner is an agent with Virtus Realty. 

I have had inspectors look at rooms on renovations that were not permitted (we weren't even doing work in the rooms) and asked that certain changes to be made to bring the room up to code (it was minimal).

And than the fact that density brings it's own problems and added expenses.

I have known exactly one in my 10 years in the business.
