I get most of my wood each year from " I had a tree service take it down, cut it up, remove the brush, please take the wood for free"  Honeylocust burns good but I wouldn't go near cutting it for you if it's not the thornless cultivar.

If Greenville continues to boom like it has the past 10 years, I suggest any house you buy will prove to be a good investment.My comments are high level broad brush but I believe ultimately true.We can fine tune a little at the margins of your property search.I continue to invest in Greenville and am optimistic about its future.

@Ray Evans thank you for the advice I’ll definetly look into the loans you mentioned and also it’s tough for me to talk about it because people brush me off I’m too young, by hat doesn’t stop me from trying and ima still continue to move forward and try to find deals.
