I'm getting shiny object syndrome again.....urgh. I know nothing about self storage and yet this caught my attention (price is is 299k) :

"Here is a turn-key mini-storage facility with an option for seller financing...

The problem is Zillow has made it such a minor commitment for the renter to click "they are interested" when most of the time they don't even read the ad, and a fair amount of the time their "interest" is merely a fleeting thought as they browse. 

When you’re browsing the MLS for possible listing opportunities, is their a $ per square footage Price you target first?

As a newbie investor, I would 100% be using one (or more) buyers agents (use local agents to open the door if you’re just browsing.

Don't forget the all-important capability of interfacing seamlessly two ways (reservations and cancellations, reductions in group blocks) when you build it out.

I have been on BP for some time now reading blogs, listening to podcasts and browsing the forums. 

Also, we seem to get higher quality applicants and I find the user interface better than Craigslist.

Perhaps it's because I am searching the forums more than browsing but the current state of the housing market and concerns purchasing because of it don’t seem to be discussed.
