. - it's not a new born baby, which you might get from single tenant who signed the lease and few months later you have all that crying neighbor whole nights.I'd take 3y.o as my neighbor any time IF her income is good enough or exceed 4 rents.IMHO

The ongoing operations will be my husbands baby (he's a mechanic by trade and has experience with car washes), but I'm very much on board due to the cash flow and long term investment aspects.

If you are highly educated person, and you want to train someone who is not educated, you have to train them using baby steps and repetition until they get it.Meanwhile, Training educated people is different.

As the baby boomers in northern states retire, many are considering a move to Florida.

We both have full time jobs and a 9 month old baby, that we would love to spend more time with in the future by supplementing our incomes.  

I can't drive a car off the lot (or drive a car PERIOD) if I don't have protection for insurance and while my car is one of my babies, my INVESTMENT is my baby that I'm building from the ground up. 

I also have interest in some sort of Senior Service, as there are more and more baby boomers, and Senior Care is becoming more in demand.Any Ideas?
