Apparently, the current atmosphere in real estate (according to what I've been reading/asking/learning) is not conducive to some of the creative ideas we've come up with mostly because the lenders and/or the government would block it on the grounds that it's too risky.

But Texas in general is a more "slow and steady" atmosphere in respect to property value increases.

I've found that 50% of scheduled showings will not show up, so by having several at one time, while a little awkward, it creates both a competitive atmosphere (good for business) and reduces wasted time.

The very organization, communication, and cooperation of your group will sour the atmosphere for crime and bad player will move out or embolden neighbors (now accustomed to communicating as a group) will test their growing relationship with the police and share information that leads to arrests.

The atmosphere of the room changes quickly.

Micro-brewery and custom craft beers is a growing market segment as people want specialty beers and are getting away from bland beers.Most micro's are offering food as well with a bar type atmosphere.

I have bought a few homes and several parcels of land over the past decade and am really interested and excited to become involved in the atmosphere here and have several goals.

Throughout my many years of attending many REIA group meetings in and around Chicago, I can say that the #1 reason that I stopped attending these meetings was due to the atmosphere and no real meat/potatoes type of networking/sharing of information amongst the attendees and just more of the "guru investors" selling their materials.
