This is rare but may occur with notes originated with private parties.  2 - the lender gives his blessing to the assumption of the note.  

We're making the assumption the payment will go through - if it doesn't that's another story. 

You can make reasonable assumptions based on what you see on the listing.

The experts at BP were my 2nd stop as I wanted to confirm my calculations and assumptions on expected returns were in the ball park.I've been a member of BP for a while and you've always had great input.  

There are still some abbreviations that pop up that I’m not sure about,  but I don’t wanna ask since the assumption is I should’ve known what it was.

Or is there any basis for the assumptions that (1) “adding solar and other sustainability upgrades” will cost $12k and (2) that doing such will add an additional $200/month in NOI?
