I’m closing on a 3 unit on Thursday and I used Howard bank. 3.5% down payment and $4000 lender credit.

Are there any BiggerPockets Conference 2019 attendees from Maryland, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, Cecil County, Carroll county, Howard County, Anne Arundel county or any other parts of Maryland interest in getting together for networking while at the conference?

@Howard Johnston It is probably easier to get the HELOC while it is in your personal name.  

But you can act appropriately for what you see going on around you as Howard Marks tells us in Mastering the Market Cycle--Getting the Odds on Your Side.

@Chad Howard   agree with the above there is probably absolutely no reason to go out of state I have to imagine you can find plently of nice cAsh flow rentals right were you live ... the rural mid west is full of them and many far better deals than risking the Inner big cities were a lot of the Turn key companies play and that tenant base !
