My strategy is just to slowly improve the property as I can, subdivide two of the apartments into studios for LTR or STR/Air BnBs, and either live with the improved cash flow or flip it once I get the property in better shape.

He bought it with the expectation that they will build #5, but that's up in the air and years down the road.

Hello.  Would hiring someone through up work be a good strategy to cold call on prospects for giving me an opportunity to CoHost their STR?

Still need to clean it with regular household cleaning supplies, keep the dehumidifier running, and try to increase some air flow if possible.

@Rich Bultema - Just from my experience I have not had an appraiser impact the value for an older heater/air conditioner, however, a heater without A/C (as an example) has impacted an appraisal on a single family home.

Is that specifically a central air unit or did the furnace crap out?
