Your site says H1 "Affordable and Adorable" that doesn't tell Google much about your site.

And there is a difference between buying the latest shampoo products via an ad, or selling your house in cash where the market is surrounded by scammers and vultures.

If not, do you just make sure all potential applicants are aware of the requirements via the ad or posting online? 

The place has a lot of dated 1980s-late '90's decor color choices, but it's still adorable with a great garden, so my excellent tenants were thrilled to get it.To be clear, that market is not this market.

If they don't answer the questions, they didn't take the time to read the entire ad or they  want to get me in person to tell me a story.
