Brother is in a doctorate program for physical therapy, Uncle is part owner of an architecture/CaD business, Cousin has high paying career at Tyson Food, my wife and I earn quite a bit between our civilian careers and air national guard pay, and my friend/co-worker/current business partner has a great salary being in the military.

I am about to start Physical Therapy School in the fall, which means in 3 years I'll have an awesome career with a steady source of income.

I have thought about Real Estate Agent, or Property management but I don't hold any degrees, I am a military veteran with a yoga instructor and personal training certification only. 

Last year when I found BP I posted my story and part of it was that I am enrolled in an Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (started last fall 2019) and I had feedback to get through school & wait to invest.
