Best job to take on for experience and knowledge?

Hello Everyone,

I am new to Virginia Beach and want to gain experience and knowledge in real estate investing like sales, negotiations, the real estate industry and anything entrepreneurial, etc..  I have thought about Real Estate Agent, or Property management but I don't hold any degrees, I am a military veteran with a yoga instructor and personal training certification only.

Any recommendations?

Thank you,

@David Nacco

Thank you so much for your input. I have also been thinking of property management.
