Be sure to get an external USB hard drive (1TB or larger) to backup your computer or use a cloud backup service.

I have USB plugs in my kitchens to charge electronics, LED lighting, and I left provisions for electric car chargers.

We built floating nightstands with conference room type receptacles (the ones with 3 prong plugs and USB connections).

That is what it took to get my wife over the hump, after your successful with your first buy then the approval opens up.  

From a financial aspect, most investors do not know what their real cost of capital is or what the over the hump rate is, or your opportunity costs, so you don't have a basis to compare to!

I know how complicated is to invest in the US being a foreigner.  

Just have to get over the hump.

As for making decisions within a short time frame.... that's one of the reasons I'm doing this is to help people get over the hump and complete their first flip.
