I'll add that I agree with @Jason Torres in that the interest rates are usually variable and some of them have requirements that they need to be zeroed out for 30 days every calendar year or similar.

Just saw an article that state Rep Anna . v and Senator Victor Torres are pushing two bills to bring rent control to Orlando citing lack of affordable housing.
