Doing BRRR with a 203k loan
I’m looking to buy my first property (2-4 family) to house hack/ BRRR. I’m wondering about using the 203k loan to get a property, fix it up while renting it out and refinance. Does this seem like a good strategy to increase the ARV and start the BRRR strategy?
