If you can't get a loan, that doesn't necessarily mean you are a financial risk in real life but you are according tor their algorithms.

There's no competing with other buyers on the MLS and no dealing with high pressure real-tors.

If you want to make money in wholesaling you need to be putting offers in all day and marketing all night and before you make those offers you need to have your research done to a T. Or
