What data have you ran to support your rental rate and what are the average DOM for around the same time last year?

@Michael Beirne Lower priced markets such as Baltimore are very difficult to operate in utilizing entirely 3rd party support.

I was fortunate enough to hit financial independence/early retirement a year ago at 42 with a family to support.

There were many other questions when I read over the three different term sections that needed agreement to continue with the service, but I never got a response from support on the major noncommercial use clause.Plus, if over 2,600 people are using the product, how many times do you think an agent is going to get messages from various investors through the platform?

Regular tenants may have more of a support system when they have bad financial luck.

Some are unhappy, most are supportive.
