I originally thought I have 7 slots left because the 6 properties are in an LLC and the loans on them don't show up in my credit report.

Then they have the option of paying right through QuickBooks via ACH, dropping a check in the rent slot in the building, or depositing cash right into my account at the bank.At tax time I can print out Profit and Loss for my taxes and get the info I need for the rent tax forms for the tenants.

Pets, really consider, if its a pet lovers house, you will get a half a dozen of them in the house with one or 2 pets per room. 

This is why I LOVE real estate.

The apartment complex I used to live in would tape over the payment slot when they left for the day along with a notice that rent was now late and only certified funds for the rent + legal fees would be accepted.

@Donald Coleman I chose to go the online course route, but I'm an introverted self-starter, Type A, online-learning-lover and wanted to get my license faster than a traditional in-person course would allow.

Number 14 - "Don't Go it Alone" has been a huge one for me; Getting active on BP and building relationships with people who love real estate really gave me the confidence to dive in!
