.--- The tenants just won't cooperate:Yes, you can try to get in with a Legal Entry, but then they can easily sabotage the showing by:----- Being rude----- Keeping the house dirty (or worse)----- They can keep an aggressive dog in the house when they are not there----- They can deliberately leave an unattended minor alone in the houseYour current PMC should be taking the time to address and explain all this to you!

One time we had guests that brought a dog (against policy), tried to sneak it in but got caught on outside cameras, provided a bogus emotional support certificate they downloaded on the internet after the fact, left the house a wreck and then left a bad revenge review after we reported them to the platform.

I provide a dog, bowls, and dog blankets to put down on a particular couch, and I tell guests to keep dogs off the furniture (not all listen, but it helps).I also put dog waste baskets, poop scoops, and more outside to help with cleanup.

Took one booking, the tenants broke contract by bringing a pet (dog hair and a bone were left behind), and Landing was not exactly pleasant to deal with in recouping security for extra cleaning and damages (dog used the ceiling fan remote as a chew toy).
