I'm a real estate investor based out of San Diego, and I currently own a duplex in Vista.

We are in the process of buying a second home in San Antonio/TX and are really interested financing it with an in the All in One Loan but the loan officer tells us we can not deed it into an LLC and could only purchase it in an "Inter Vivos Revocable Trust”.

But, I was invited to one of "exclusive" meeting with him with about 10 others people in San Diego about 4 years ago.

I understand there is a maximum of 180 days for STRs in San Jose, CA.

I own several properties primarily for short term renting in different cities (San Antonio, Tampa, Pittsburgh).

Online, I actually don’t remember the original site I was on-one of the big ones which led me to a desert land site where one woman who owned a lot of San Bernadino land was selling.

Can you please share contacts who operate in Austin or San Antonio?
