I just reread one of the posts on management companies in the area and the info on here just seems pretty sparse for the subject.

Will save you tremendous stress and legwork once you're in escrow.And re-reading your post, I'd say the numbers don't make this a GREAT deal, but if it's totally renovated you'll likely have minimal costs the first two years.

And some of them sometimes tell me to shut up when I won't stop talking about REI and actually remind me that there are a few other things too worth talking about.I just reread my post and yeah it probably sounds worse.

For anyone looking for deals....maybe...just maybe you should reread this and see what his problem is. ( Me Included ) I did it twice.
