Some states offer greater privacy protections for LLC owners than others.

It's similar to rent-by-the room although technically each unit would come with their own privacy.

For sure something I have considered in the past, but currently the privacy of having my own home / space is something that I am set on having.

Also, you can also start having showings of the house to remove their sense of privacy.

I thought they were all responsible and I did not them to feel like I was invading their privacy, so I felt weird about doing inspections, so that was my lesson learned there, do the inspections.
