Either SPX is going up 5% after Fed announced pivot or  SPX dropped 10% after some country's fund or big banks in Japan/UK/Spain/Portugal/South Africa announce zero liquidity (then maybe we will hear the same story,the Fed has to help their friend like in 2008)Btw the CDS of European countries is higher now than during the latest Financial Crisis.
