I just wish writing it didn't feel so much like casting pearls before swine.

We have a place in town with free high-speed internet in the Pearl district that is $850/month for a 2 bed - About 50% of market easily. 

I had  business partner who sold his garbage company to Waste management for ALOT of money like what your talking about here.. and thats exactly what he did double tax free muni'sOne of his favorite things to do was when some stock broker or other person wanted to talk about investments he would drop that pearl.. and they would say what the HECK  your not making much return..

@Asher Pearl zillow actually has a way to pull raw data for specific submarkets if that is what you're interested in doing.
