Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in San Antonio.

Purchase price: $230,000
Cash invested: $56,450

Rehabbing long term duplex that turned into a tri plex

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted long term hold multi family

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found on the market and quickly beat out under contract with no option period and near full price

How did you finance this deal?

Hard money with construction loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Fixed and rehabbed with long term hold, higher rents and added unit
