I’ve been down that road of carrying a line of credit on a property before, and the stress can realy pile on when you’re staring at that monthly interest.

Look them up online, call and interview several of them.

I had two lines of credit one unsecured for 5 million ( check book) and another for 10 million that we would secure them up with .. but you need time to do that bank required appraisal etc before we could tag the secured line and even at that they only lent 72% in these commercial loan structures..

There are a lot of market-specific issues you'll have to grapple with and also, there are plenty of landmines in MFR on its own in CT that you'll have to be ready for, in addition to the nuances and complexities of developing something like this.
