You may have a B street in a d neighborhood lol......or right next to a D zip codegenerally your A/Bs are north side or your zips close to the marion county border or right outside of it....

Also I am thinking now that these are small rural counties with population in the entire county probably no more than 50k or so.. at least with most of those folks living in the city of Oroville which is right on the border with British Columbia In my flying days I would go into Oroville to get through US customs compared to going into one of the airports Airports north of Seattle .

Jarrell is on the north side of Georgetown and within the very fast growing Williamson County.

Things that have stood out so far in my research: 1-Close proximity to Metro North (90 minute ride to NYC)2-Vassar Medical Center3-Marist & Vassar Colleges 4- The Walkway over the Hudson5-Restaurants/Cafes/Hotels, etc.Thanks for your time.
