If any of you know of Warren County Sports Park and Voice of America Sports Park they are huge in the tournament world and also is a huge revenue driver with not much overhead. 

I was just in Boerne this past weekend for a soccer tournament and was pretty intrigued by the real estate portfolio there.

I have always been interested in Real Estate since I won a Monopoly Tournament when I was 10 years old (yes I know being good at Monopoly doesn't translate to real life Real Estate!)

Rose,Yesterday, I bought $165 worth of clothes and gifts at my son's volleyball tournament in Columbus, Ohio, and drove back to Washington, DC, only to realize I left everything in Columbus for some stranger to inherit.

I never want to miss my kid's gymnastics competition or soccer tournament. 

I currently work in the golf industry as a PGA pro and focus on tournament sales and marketing.  

I can name several different areas I would invest $100k but it will probably not match your goals, as some of the others have stated above.PS: I should have put $100k on U-Con Men's Basketball to win the NCAA Championship.. 100 to 1 odds..

Moved to Houston on a NCAA D1 Baseball Scholarship and stayed down here since.
