The first one we did sold in a couple weeks, we have rehabbed a dozen or so with foundation issues in the past four years, we recently did a 280k house in Hudson, 14k in foundation work, including straps, house sold within a week.

I think even the original orange shag carpet was there, although it was matted, brown and laying quite flat by the time I bought it.

Did you apply closed/open cell spray foam - or strap and use packed cellulose/hemp/fibre - the outer walls and underside of the roof deck (requiring an over roof) or did you maintain ventilation under the roof-deck and insulate over your ceiling?
