They should hunt deals down for you and bring them to you and you alone, for that loyalty -you offer them the exclusive on everything they bring you. 

I think that's the magic strategy for STR's, building that experience and loyalty base, from there it's cruise control. 

Am not endorsing it since I believe in co-op deals, but that's the reality of most brokers.However, there are loyalty issues since the list agent is paid by the seller, so if you don't hire a broker MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS OF BUYING PROPERTY.

If you just bring in cash, you may be talking to any broker, but selecting that franchise shows some loyalty. 

Unfortunately, there are also loyalty issues since the listing agent is getting "paid" by the seller.

They also give the ability to offer a basic loyalty program.

@Manasseh Arnold - Loyalty is key to any business relationship, whether it's suppliers, professional individuals or parties to the agreement.

They say it's an insult to tell someone something they already know and I certianly don't want to be in that lot, but, wondered if you could identify a property manager while in MD, then leverage their network and get some loyalty to the project/ your business?

That is not easily done and more often than not, their loyalties will lye with the seller in such cases.
