(ie, purchase with cash, rehab, move self in, rent out other units, refinance using a VA loan, move on to next deal)If there's nothing preventing this, it seems like an amazing way to get the maximum amount of $ back out of the deal, in order to kick-start the next non-primary-residence deal.

Currently I'm in the process of kick-starting my RE investing path, as I would like to have the freedom that does not typically come with a 9-5 career.

Just accepted an offer for a bit of a lesser job in hopes to kickstart my RE investing again.

My concern is do I buy a property now or do I wait for a discounted market where I'm able to go buy 2 or maybe 3 properties with the similar amounts of capital therefor providing a kickstart, mitigate risks through lower costs, lower interest rates, more cash flowing properties and set myself on a greater initial trajectory to scale faster. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction to kick start my career?

We are looking to have a type of meet and greet in the coming months to kickstart our KC market... maybe a Chiefs game?

I'm excited to look for a Multifamily unit and do a little bit of house hacking while I kickstart my use of the BRRRR method. 

Now if I have to move there to do this then that’s no problem.So my question is how can I get a kickstart in formulating this network that I want to create (contractors, home insurance agents,property management, lenders who can let me pull out cash from the home no strings attached ordeal, etc.?
