I'm considering a pay-per-click strategy to drive traffic to a web form for homeowners who are interested in selling quickly and as-is.

I used to be a part time web developer and I know for a fact that a single like from an ad you posted online automatically becomes a lead. 

Fire your web programmer, as they are the ones to blame, not me.  

I just sold a 34 acre parcel to a major builder in Banks.. they are positioned to build 650 houses there. most of all housing is south of TV highway.. so infill north of TV highway is going to sky rocket.  

In my experience, most title agent are very familiar with seller financing and if they're unsure as to how to handle a particular situation they can always reach out to the insurer's underwriting department who I'm sure will be able to craft a solution.I just looked at FIG's web site and it appears they are a title agent for both Fidelity National and Old Republic Title.

@Earl MorrisJust curious was all on the forums you will continually notice the intricate webs that newer investors are creating that simply do not add value for most.  

Not sure if you're aware but, nowadays, Google Translate translates any web page so there shouldn't be any language issue on these sites for non-Spanish speakers.

No, but I spent the first half of my career in banking and I called a lot of sub-tos.

I recomend doing a web search on them in terms of their company and work social accounts.

Vern,  I am in complete agreement with you about why there can't be a place on the web (Connected Investors is too busy promoting their in-house lending company Lending Tree, to be willing to provide a forum for this type of thing.
