I have been told by the treasurer that the owner has until the deed is filed to pay the taxes and fees in full and then a full year to file a case to attempt to prove the sale is invalid and that is the only recourse they have.

So at this point, I could be looking at 4 months lost income possibly with a mortgage from a bank who won't let me go without 4 months of payments and a County Treasurer who won't let me skip Property Taxes for 4 months.This is all just off the top of my head.
