When the cable/interenet guy arrives they can setup your wifi when they set up the rest of the stuff.

I spoke to her and she seemed pretty honest as to why it was the way it was from, being young and making some dumb decisions, going on tour for the Army and letting bills lapse when she is gone like cable bill and stuff like that.  

If there are two cables coming in to the box where the light *switch* is, and one cable coming in to the box where the light *fixture* is, then this is probably what you have.If the feed from the breaker panel runs to the light *fixture* first, you're probably in for fishing some new cable.  

If you want the quick formula for your SFR:PGI (potential gross income)-VCL (vacancy and credit losses)+OI (other income--laundromat, cable etc)=EGI (effective gross income)-OE (operating expenses)=NOI (net operating income)If you get financing, you do not factor that into this equation.

I 'm a cable technician from Ocala FL  have been for the past 15 years and i love it.  

All the others, the tenants pay for water/sewage, electric, cable, etc. 

From the leases and addenda, move-in condition forms & walk-throughs to letters authorizing cable/satellite/internet installs, and new PO Boxes new tenants are time consuming.  

As well as where everyone gets amazing deals on bulk materials(lumber, flooring, furniture and other fixtures.)We'll be handling telecommunications(phone systems, fiber optics/cat5 cabling, video and networking infrastructure)in house, but anything else you think might be missing from my list or any other advice you want to throw my way would be appreciated!
