This house offered a decent layout where we had a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an office upstairs, while we rented out 3 bedrooms downstairs.

It is a 3 bed 3 full bath with 2 en suites up and down.Market rent as a straight rental for either unit is betwen $2300-2500 per unit

Our buying criteria are;  must be 15 minutes to a major (MAJOR) freeway and en total 30 minutes to a good jobs center.
