@Ryan Marble I concur with the earlier comments, but would also ask if you know any of the costs/values.

There is a big difference in how those are handled  HAHA I just saw a post and commented where the person wanted to ask if they should overpay for a home because they can get is seller financing.

Point is the above comments there are many other more effective ways to meet the FINCEN stated objectives for tax evasion, money laundering and terrorism.   

For me, I know nothing of this company, nor commenting on them specifically, but just commenting on the numbers that are thrown out there and trying to evaluate if this is something to consider.

Seems like a lot of the negative comments and reviews are related to bookings, advertising, extra fees, etc.

If you're looking for positive cash flow, you should be looking into the B-/C type neighborhoods because this is where you'll find a lot more buy and hold, BRRRR, and positive cash flow opportunities.I appreciate your comments. 

Was looking for a syndication comment but it never came up.The segment you are referring to is where he actually lost $120,000 on a SFH flip deal.
