Besides this, my wish is to not need to wake up every morning with alarm clock, neither to work for requested quantity of hours per day, nor to be at X place on exact Y time.

Worse yet (for my property) they’ve been smoking in the house as is apparent from the faint smell, and the ash tray I had to step over, and the battery taken out of one of the smoke alarms.

Is this a great idea or am I ringing alarm bells?
