Saint Louis, MO Security System and Video Monitoring Referral?

Hello, 

I am seeking advice or referrals for a security system or video monitoring service that you use on your investment properties. 

My husband and I own 2 duplexes in the Tiffany neighborhood of St. Louis, MO. (Located near Cardinal Glennon Hospital) 

Our tenants have seen an increase in car thefts and other petty thefts. They are requesting an alarm system and video monitoring for the exterior of the property.

Can anyone provide a recommendation for a local alarm company? What is the average upfront installation cost and the monthly fees going forward? 

Does anyone else use an exterior video monitoring system? I am curious about the effectiveness of this, and if it would actually catch the thieves.
