Even though the featured guest speaker changes,  the pitch is pretty much the same i.e get the attendee excited about real estate and easy/huge profits and provide them with just enough information so they will pay for the next level. 

We have guest speakers come in and make presentations so everyone can learn about different aspects of the business, but we also sit around and chat too.  

I heard on one of the recent BP podcasts the guest speaker made an offer on a house which was accepted after 9 months.

Typically bring in speakers and discuss various topics.

However, House Speaker Nancy Peolsi made a very partisan speech before the vote.

No speakers, just an informal meet and greet type of thing. 

Do they bring in speakers or is it more of an open forum?

For me, there's a lot of other speakers that have influenced me more but Tony Robbins is alright. :)I went to NAC18 then Than Merrill's 3-day workshop, started their mentorship program then ended up getting a refund because I realized it was not worth it.

Frankly, Spanish speakers just trust someone more if they can speak Spanish as well.

The lineup includes 31 speakers, 25 sessions, and it looks like we've got over 300 people attending so far.
