Numbers and refi look great I just keep getting reminded don’t build in the apartment sector. 

So if you think you need to keep that money close right now to sleep at night, do that.On the flip side though, nobody can time the market and although we've had quite the bull run Austin has a great profile-- strong in migration, low unemployment, and a booming tech sector.

@Roger Hefner how are you able to target that sector?

Everywhere you look, like you mentioned, companies are pulling back, and this is very visible in the tech sector.  

He knows they can't raise rates further without destabilizing the financial sector.

If you don’t yet have income generating real estate, what sector will you want to invest in first?

Hopefully the finance sector will be following the tech sector in that regard.
