You don't have to be as precise on your numbers, your purchase point etc, because time will erase most minor mistakes.We lost some money on our first flip.

If someone wants to invest in private placements, they can make it happen...it's entirely under their control and the SEC can't stop them.And incidentally, I'm not advocating strongly for or against the rules...I'm just stating what is in the rules.
