Everything was going pretty great until the rug was pulled from under me during what I thought was going to be my first deal under my belt.

Real estate brokerages should eventually consolidate to be a more professional, service-oriented system, not commission and sales based, that would save most sellers thousands and improve the overall strength of the market by not making sellers have to pay 9% or more of their home's value just to sell, not to mention the transfer taxes, etc.        

With real estate goals I like to practice a goal-oriented plan, there must be objectives to obtain during my planning stage, then there's an implementation, and the execution.

That said, the entire Kona side of the island just seems overly oriented towards vacation homes, retirees, etc.  

It's not really geared toward real estate but I am very sales and business oriented so it suits me better than other cheap options such as Bitrix and Zoho.

I'm always amazed on how ruggedly built some of these old buildings are ... and equally amused by the fact there were no real building standards, but most of the really blatantly bad bits tend to have come with past "updates" (like the introduction of indoor plumbing or electricity).That said, you make you money on these old buildings when you buy!
