I think arguing back and forth does more harm than good to your company rep.  

There is no harm in providing them a copy.  

You don’t want to put yourself in harms way to help out someone else.

With all due respect to everyone in analysis paralysis, it's just a fancy term for FEAR, which has it's uses to a certain point, after which it does more harm than good.  

The issue is we made arrangements to take the house over after the 30 days and to change our plans now would cause us financial harm.
