Hi there, I'm new to real estate investing. Looking to get into multifamily student housing. I'm going through property management companies in my area (Tallahassee, FL) and am hoping for help on some good questions to ask them to make sure we are aligned in what we are looking for. Do you have any good interview questions to ask them?
