Looking for someone that has experience in the grey area's of the rental income tax world. 

I've gotten boxes at Walmart for about $6, but they only come in white, boring beige or light grey.

To avoid the flood of emails all together, don't select the notify check box at all.When at the opening "Recent Forum Activity," use the grey bar, and the drop down list under "Forum" which includes options for "Posts Since Last Visit" (same as Recent Forum Activity, except it includes other forums, such as political, etc) and "My Posts" which is list of threads that you have posted in, and who has recently posted there.

My purchase and sale agreement clearly states that it's assignable in the contract AND I write and/or assigns after my business name on the line marked "purchaser".I don't know anyone getting in trouble for wholesaling, but if you want to be super legal with no grey areas, find a good real estate attorney that works with investors.I recommend you start by focusing on a specific area near you.

The rules and then what are grey areas where a clear cut answer didn't currently exist within BP rules as currently written .

RVMs is in a grey area from a legal perspective since technically one cant answer the call however that isnt 100% accurate.

the grey doesn't go at all.... a natural light stone back splash with  a sign;e strip pattern. and stainless steel appliances.All of that said find a great interior hard surface decorator and they certainly guide you correctly
