I'm looking to take advantage of out of market investor "disadvantages" of not knowing the region as intimately as I do. 

Do you think this would be a disadvantage and is there a way I can work around it? 

I looked into Zeus Living and their fee in TOTALl is more than other Property Management and leaves the home owner in a big disadvantage in the long run. 

Atlanta tried to clean up a disadvantaged part of town by building the Brave's stadium, and it didn't help they failed to allocate enough funds to clean up the surrounding neighborhoods.

That has disadvantages but advantages too.From the point of view of real estate investing since this is BP and this is the subject of this thread, it can actually an advantage.

Banks and Mortgage Companies both will have advantages and disadvantages to one another.

Which is a huge waste of time for us if we've been showing houses to that client for weeks or months, and a disservice to our client if they miss out on their dream home.I do know agents who don't work on a specific day of the week (I don't know anyone who takes entire weekends off), and I have yet to see any way to resolve that in a way that doesn't put the client at a disadvantage unless there is someone else available to handle things that come up that are urgent.
