30 year financing options
I see that quite a few people have purchased properties with 30yr mortgages. All of the banks that I talk to will only do a 20yr mortgage on a loan that is in the name of an LLC. They will do a 30 on a personal mortgage though. Who here is actually getting 30yr commercial loans?
