.- where parking is allowed- burn ban days, yard watering restriction days- only 2 cars per house- no boats, ATVs, TVs, semi-trucks, etc. -- local rules- no parking on lawns- no "for parts" cars that don't run and are being worked on- no indoor furniture outside, no outdoor storage or sheds- no gazebos, pools, fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, trampolines- where trash bins should be placed and when (my city is picky about this - fines)My lease is about 7 pages now.

It is absurd to ban the handyman from your property when you invited them to put up the fence and offered to pay for it.

They would need to do more than just sign the form, they'd also have to prove that they lost income due to covid.You can tell the tenant that the CDC rules don't apply for lease violations, only specific cases for non-payment of rent.I am not in Indiana though I did evict a tenant for non-payment of rent as soon as the ban was evicted...then we spent 2 weeks cleaning up the mess that was left behind.

However in the area where the house is located I would not be able to charge for the extra spaces, it would simply be a convenience factor for the tenants, partially in the Winter months when parking bans on the street come into effect.

When I lived in MD, this case made the news, a judge returning a pit bull service animal to its owner even though the county had a ban on pit bulls....https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/07/prince-g...So there was at least one pit bull service dog.
