Sadly with the economic policy of the last 30 years and "screw the poor its their own fault" attitude which makes us feel better I dont see any reversal of the trend. 

Stop with this whole 'appraisers are perfect and holier than though' attitude. 

Maybe it's some left wing mindset (sorry to generalize) where good intentions never have unintended negative consequences  That is a really libertarian attitude.

Negative attitudes towards those with money is a defence mechanism fueled by envy.

This kind of attitude is what gives LLs a bad name.
